How to install fuel kit

• Make one hole on rubber pipe of air manifold after air filter and fixed elbow by applying araldite.

Place and fix cell on your vehicle at appropriate place so that elbow of cell locate at upside by applying fitting bracket.


take shell out side two wires connect red wire to alternator output which is going to rectifier unit. (W. Battery) connect black wire to –ve or on body earthing,


Connect cell output and elbow (which is fixed on air Manifold) pipe.


Start the engine and see the air bubble in the cell

Setting of carburetor

Raise the rpm by rotating petrol screw at required level.


Then rotate the air screw in any direction, where the rpm gets increased, rotate the air screw and achieve the maximum rpm of engine, then reverse the air screw for less than quarter turn.


After doing above steps rotate petrol screw and set engine for ideal rpm.


Now your engine setting is finished and if any further fine tuning of carburetor you required then contact to any auto mechanics.
